About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants (HCA) to join our team. HCAs provide essential support to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality care and a safe, comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.

• Support healthcare professionals during medical procedures and examinations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.

• Follow infection control protocols and healthcare regulations.

• Assist in transporting patients within the facility when needed.

• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality of medical records.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving is preferred but not required.

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision.

• Compassion, patience, and reliability.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., HCA training, first aid, CPR) are a plus.
